Before starting Upscale Financial, Marcus ran an Edmonton based snow cone business and saw just how quickly receipts pile up, QuickBooks gets ignored, and tax season turns into a panic. That experience, combined with his academic background in commerce and finance, sparked a deep commitment to helping other entrepreneurs stay on top of their books — and in control of their business.
